• You will pass evaluations or keep funded accounts

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions you make
• Understanding your prop firm's rules
• Monitoring your own account compliance
• Verifying the accuracy of data in FundedGuard™
• Any losses incurred while trading

FundedGuard™ and its creators are NOT responsible for:

• Any trading losses you incur
• Failed evaluations or terminated funded accounts
• Missed alerts, delayed notifications, or software bugs
• Errors in risk calculations or data synchronization
• Changes to prop firm rules not reflected in the app
• Integration failures with third-party platforms
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FundedGuard™

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims related to FundedGuard™ shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

FundedGuard™ is an independent third-party tool. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm including but not limited to:

• FTMO
• Topstep
• MyFundedFutures
• The5ers
• FundedNext
• Or any other prop firm

We compile publicly available information about prop firm rules, but we cannot guarantee this information is current or accurate. Always verify rules directly with your prop firm.

By using FundedGuard™, you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information about your accounts
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Verify all risk calculations independently
• Understand that AI insights are suggestions, not advice
• Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We collect and process data necessary to provide our services. Your trading data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input. We are not liable for decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete data.

We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet.

FundedGuard™ is a subscription-based service. Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FundedGuard™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
